While Oregon law does not mandate workplace harassment training, training for employees as well as for managers is integral to creating an harassment-free workplace and protecting your company in the event of harassment allegations. Our interactive trainings include explanations of the discrimination and harassment laws, examples of harassing and potentially harassing behaviors, employee and employer responsibilities, as well as questions and answer sessions.
