Working directly with your designated administrative staff person on a short term basis, we assess your current HR systems, processes and forms, and then provide recommendations for an HR infrastructure foundation that minimizes liability and facilitates labor law compliance. We share information and provide guidelines that increase the onsite knowledge of employment law and basic HR principles and practices. Focused on site sessions are augmented by phone and e-mail contacts.
