Workplace Investigations

An essential element of a harassment-free workplace is a commitment to investigate employee complaints and potential claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, and hostile work environment. Under the discrimination laws, an employer that becomes aware of alleged workplace harassment is required to conduct an investigation and take prompt, appropriate action. Effective investigations can be complex and are ideally conducted by an impartial investigator trained in interviewing and evaluating credibility.

We can help you determine whether an internal or external investigation is warranted, how quickly it should be conducted, and who should be interviewed. If it seems prudent to involve a 3rd party, we will conduct on site interviews with the appropriate employees, assess credibility, and provide a report of our findings and recommendations.
